Over three decades ago Chef Sedlar's Saint Estèphe restaurant in Manhattan Beach became the birthplace of Modern Southwest Cuisine. This bold and creative new style of cooking quickly won acclaim in Los Angeles, across the U.S., and around the world.
This Chef/Owner of four-star rated Rivera in downtown L.A. will be recreating some of the most popular dishes from his legendary South Bay establishment.
Each course will be paired with wines from Mumm Napa, Trefethen Family Winery, Ceja Vineyards, Comstock Wines, Faust by Huneeus Vintners and Robert Mondavi Vineyards. In attendance will be winemakers and winery associates to comment on each pour.
