Matt Lightner is the executive chef at the exquisite, ultra-modern two Michelin-starred Atera restaurant in NYC's Tribeca area. Chef Lightner opened Atera in 2012 after earning a national reputation at Castagna in Portland and cooking at Michelin three-starred restaurants Noma in Denmark and Mugaritz in Spain.
Using modernist cooking techniques and foraged ingredients, the NY Village Voice enthuses that "Lightner is at the cutting-edge of New York's fine dining, and his food shows us how cooking can be nature plus science..."
The menu will be paired with wines from Brick House Vineyards in Oregon's renowned Willamette Valley. In attendance will be Proprietor/Winemaker Doug Tunnell.
